📜 Key Rules & Policies

  • Nominations: Runs from through . Finals voting continues until , and winners are revealed by .
  • Eligibility: Only single-family homes within the Great Hills neighborhood are accepted. Apartments, condos, businesses, or addresses outside the boundary will be removed.
  • Age Requirement: Participants under 18 need parent or guardian consent, and prizes must be claimed by an adult 18 or older.
  • Yard Sign: Display the official yard sign until . Refusing the sign may lead to removal from the Contest.
  • Voting: Nominate and Vote are separate. Nominations: one vote per house (nominating a house uses your vote for that house). Finals: one vote total for your favorite finalist. Each vote needs a text-message code first and a fresh vote check.
  • Elf’s Choice ($250): Chosen by the sponsors and the neighborhood elves (Nan and Amy), not by public vote.
